I will never eat at this place ever again! the plates weight over a pound, so when they weigh your food is costs a fortune! 2 plates of food costs me $71.00. the same plate of food at Oliveira's in Everett only cost me $24.00
Absolutely horrible customer service. Got the buffet asked for sirloin n brisket, sirloin was over cooked brisket was under cooked n they gave me pieces that had 90%fat no meat.
I even brought up my plate full of meat (fat) that couldn't be chewed or eaten to show them the issue.
I've been a customer there for over 20 years and before the current owners this is the 1st time I've ever complained about a meal there, I was expecting some sort of resolution to the issue...read full review
