Everytime I come here I'm I little disappointed with my drink. They're usually pretty warm. Also they don't taste the best, but maybe it's just what I'm ordering that's the problem. The staff are really nice and patient too. It's a nice atmosphere too. Overall, it's a good place to stop by, just not my cup of tea. (Pun intended.)

Pretty good selection of drinks. I ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea. I wish I had asked if I could modify the sweetness because the drink was a little too sweet for my taste. Small and cozy inside. If you need to use the restroom, you will need to get a key from an associate.

The boba here tastes so delicious, the boba is soft and chewy, sometimes a little warm, with a balance of the cold milk tea. The workers here are also so nice and welcoming.

It was a last minute stop yesterday! Kids wanted to try boba here for the first time! We had brown sugar boba and taro boba tea! The brown sugar boba was okay! We had better! But the taro boba tea, it was nothing like taro! It was just as dark as the brown sugar boba! They even labeled it brown sugar and we was told that's a mistake but it's definitely a taro! Honest truth, I felt like they accidentally made a brown sugar instead of a Taro and instead of remaking it they just add taro flavor to it! Smh I don't think we will be coming back! It was just awful ! For the two stars it was how nice the inside of the shop was!

Over cooked boba that didnt even have any chew it was all broken up. Asked if they had any milk replacement and just put normal milk. Matcha to milk ratio was 1:10 tasted straight like plain milk. The milk tea is extra bitter I think it was old or something. I usually like a bitter sweet but it was just bad. I drank a couple sips of each and just threw it out. I bought 3 large drinks and wasted my money. If your craving boba and have this trust me you will be as pissed off as me. I'm sorry if this messes your small business but dont serve literal s*** to your customers. I'm not a Karen just someone who was craving boba and VERY disappointed.

I tried something different than my usual from here, a taro milk tea with black pearls and it tasted different from the other places i’ve got it. It was not sweet and tasted like powdery chocolate almost. I don’t know if I was supposed to ask for sugar? It was a waste of my money since I didn’t drink much after. Although, the passion fruit tea is good and the place itself is clean and a good vibe.

First time here with my kids and we loved it! We ordered Thai milk tea, Taro milk tea and fresh melon tea. The pearls were soft and chewy, all of our drinks had just the right amount of sweetness. They were made perfectly. The store was nicely decorated and clean and fun to take your boba tea pics in. We definitely will be back to try other drinks soon!

I love the Onezo Worcester location so I was ecstatic when they opened one in this area. Onezo is a fun bubble tea spot that has a vast selection of drinks and toppings. The bubbles or boba are made in-house. This location is nestled between a residential area with several small surrounding businesses. They have a tiny parking lot, and street parking if needed. Hong Kong Style Milk Tea- A staple and my favorite at the other location. Here, not so much. I've ordered this a couple of times now. They do not have the same bold tea flavor. Brown Sugar Bubble Latte- Very milky with little boba. And I rarely opted for boba in my drink. I was disappointed because they do make delicious soft and chewy boba. Cheese Strawberry- This was listed as one of their specialty drinks. Again, not sure what's going on but it just lacks flavor. The Strawberry portion was watered down. The cheese was barely there. I'm glad I got it with herbal jelly and pudding to enhance it. Overall Service: Never been to the physical location. I've ordered through Ubereats. They do pack their drinks neatly in a bag with straws.
