We are here now. Everything has been great. Really alive atmosphere. Music is just loud enough for all to hear. Very nice server & hostess. We both split a bloomin onion & each had the new $15, 3 course meals. We are so full & only ate half of everything given to us. We also hope this Lowell location still stays open? Many other local ones Maria & Steve.
The curbside pickup was supposed to bring the food to my truck I waited forever for the food and I had to send my passenger to go get the food because the server was not doing his job I even gave him a $10.00 dollar tip and he never even earned that tip. I don't mind having to take my business somewhere else who will give me a posh service. The kid literally ripped me off $10.00 he only gave me $25.00 the change on the receipt said $35.00 such a scam hourly wages workers suck at this restaurant

An overall very disappointing dinner. Service started really slow after we sat at a table that needed to be cleaned again. Waited again. We had the blooming shrimp, which was really good. Waited. Finally asked someone for ketchup, and it came back with something white in it.. maybe mayo, maybe worse. But no one came by for a while, so I could not fix it. On to ceasar salads.. I did not like the taste of the dressing but my wife said it was good. I put the "butter" on the bread and that it was weird tasting. It looked weird and tasted weird. When the meal came, I added extra butter to my baked potato. It just changed the entire taste. I finally asked the waiter, and he said there was a shipment issue with real butter and that this was like country crock or similiar. I wouldn't have added that crap to my baked potato... it just goes on. My wife liked her fillet/meal. I hated my meal steak, baked potato, and tough sirlion. I can honestly say never a bad meal at the outback until now - both thumbs down tonight.

I had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Alan P during my recent visit, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, Alan was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and offering great suggestions from the menu. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, and it truly elevated our dining experience. It's clear that he takes pride in providing exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by Mr. Alan P again!

Fantastic attention of the waitress, the manager's education very bad, due to a confusion the annoying approached the table without asking what was or is the problem, he just came and put the plate of food on the table with bad manners without asking or saying anything. My wife was upset with his attitude, we paid for the food and left leaving the dishes on the table without eating, the manager's service was very bad!! Now we are enjoying a delicious pizza and with the good attention of the sals pizza guys, a highly recommended place

I gave 4 stars and not 5 because even though the prime rib was cooked perfect it was a bit over seasoned for me. Other then that I food was amazing and the service was great. Love this place and is a must try! If you plan on going around dinner time I would use the wait list on the website and go a little early!

We were seated directly in front of a hole in the ceiling gushing cold winter air. Moved to another table but still needed a winter coat. Told waiter we were on a schedule, took 1hr 30min to get meals. Asked for lots of bread and butter, got two little rolls for 6 people. Asked for more, got one more little roll. My pasta was cold, dry, the alfredo sauce was separated and greasy, and the chicken was shriveled up to the size of a golf ball and equally hard and dry. All others in my party had meat that was way over cooked and cold. We only had 10 minutes left to eat, didn't have time to send anything back after the long wait. Never going to outback again.

So our family was here other day and a few of our food orders were over cooked or under cooked. I mean we had a party of 11. Most of us said that outback was better back in the day not so much now. But they did take 25% off our bills and we did a good tip off each bill because the waiter was good. Wouldn't go back though unfortunately. (Most of us said the same thing). It's just not the same anymore.

Parking: Close to highway. Easy off. Easy on.
Kid-friendliness: Judging from noise levels I'd say it's kid friendly.
