Used to go here for the live pani puri counter. The last time I went here though, I paid the same amount for the individual items on a plate and had to assemble them by myself.

This is one worst places I have ever tried. We tried vada pav, misal and dabeli. The only spice that this place seems to know is red/green chilly. Everything was overly spicy to the extend that would burn your taste buds. Vada pav was under cooked. Food portions were small and therefore the dish was expensive. Also tried Falooda as a last resort and all their flavors have a vanilla base of ice cream with flavor syrup added on top which isnt how Falooda should be at all! Overall I would not recommend this place at all for anyone!Parking: Very small parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wheelchair accessible

Didn’t like the rose fluda. Ingredients felt stale. Masala pav and samosa chaat were good. Khasta kachori was a waste of money. Pani puri was just average. Pricey for sure for fast food.

Pricey for fast food. Out of five items that we ordered, only two turned out to be good. Samosa chaat and masala vada pav were good. Khasta kachori was a total waste of money. Rose flooda had stale ingredients. Pani poori Iwas average.
This is a new fast food restaurant for me. I wanted to give it try and ordered the spicy garlic cheese bread and the Bombay sandwich. Both were well prepared and tasted really good. I am really glad that there is really Indian fast food restaurant nearby. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

This my friends is hands down the best place if you wanna experience the incrediblE Indian street food in New England!! The golgappa here is simply amazing!! With a variety of different pani’s to choose from in a live setting!! The sandwiches are delicious and very reasonably priced.. of course this eat out appears to be new to Lowell as work is still in progress in terms of dining space but who cares if the food is amazing!! I am gonna be a regular here moving forward! My stomach is very very happy

P & D is my go-to vegetarian restaurant for authentic Indian street food. I’ve tried most of their dishes and here are some of my favorites. They have a “live” pani puri counter on the weekends only, but you will get pani puris anytime you go. Their mint-chili pani ?️is my favorite.I love their butter vada pav especially the garlic-coconut chutney they serve it with. They have recently added pav bhaji ?and misal pav to their menu, and I would say the pav bhaji is decent, I’ve definitely had better.Their Bombay masala toast sandwich ? is something that my husband loves, and they consistently make it really well. A must try if you are a sandwich lover.Sev puri is amazing, and don’t miss the sugarcane juice with lemon and ginger. It is really delicious. They can really improve their seating arrangements. Otherwise everything is great about this place ?? it’s a must try if you are in the area.
