Long time customer, can attest for consistent quality and one of the few places that has not succumb to Shrinkflation អរគុ ធំ ធំ. Most popular Cambodian restaurants according to all the locals.

Cambodian food is a must in Lowell. The restaurant is simple and appears to be family owned. There's a small parking lot with off-street parking. Service is good for an Asian restaurant.
I ordered the Loc Lac with beef and fried rice. It comes with a side of soup and has a variety of vegetables. The beef is so flavorful and would complement the white rice well if you didn't want to get fried rice.
