Very humble place, parking g in back was nice, but you basically are entering through the kitchen. The fresh rolls were very nice. Sauce was not what I expected but was very good. Broth served with the meal was very flavorful. I had duck with rice. Very tasty.
I think I would do take out next time.

Went to this place by accident and the people we were with did not want to change restaurants. Would never return.
Am not sure how this place passes a health inspection but it is very unclean. Trash in the hallway, dirty floors, my son saw the kitchen and said it was very dirty .
The food was deep fried and tasteless. Beef (if it was that) was tough to eat and not spiced at all. To add to it dishes were $25-30 per plate! Would give 0 stars if an option. The only nice thing was that the servers were nice but there were so few people in the restaurant it would have surprised me otherwise.

Overall good but portion could be bigger and the pork intestine was too fried, was it because it’s not fresh anymore and trying to hide it? Anyways it was ok overall
The fruit shakes with or without boba are exceptional. Great flavor, tastes homemade, high quality. The fresh spring rolls come with pork and shrimp. You can order them vegetarian, then they have extra bean sprouts and Thai basil, very good with a sweet sauce with chopped peanuts.
Great food
One of favorite Khmer Restaurants
it was really delicious for my family and I , it was filling and had big portions to share. I would definitely come here if ur new in town or with an empty belly ;) 10/10 would recommend!!
Restaurantji Recommends
Parking was easy as there were a plenty of available spots at the rear parking area.
I passed very dirty trash bins with lots of cooking oil around and dumpster which made me losing my appetite.
The interior was outdated, but I’ve seen worse. The menu had really bad photo prints that I couldn’t recognize how the food would look like.
The food tasted just ok, but not that much I wanted to come back again for it.
When I checked out, I noticed that the bill was hand written with only the total amount so I couldn’t understand how much I was paying for each dishes.
The total was higher than I thought, but I still left a tip and left.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant because you can find better quality and price restaurants in Lowell.
AMAZING FOOD!! One of the best Cambodian places in Lowell!! Love all the dishes and the staff are super friendly. BEST BEEF LOC LAC IN LOWELL or it’s on me!!
I usually go here pretty often, I usually spend around $60 for two meals. For some reason it was $100 this time around and I thought it was absurd.
We ordered takeout. Curry fish and aver a seafood rice dish. Delicious and great value! The rice portion is huge, so make sure you ask for a visual estimation of volume to not waste food. We got the regular portion, ate far more rice than expected because of the yummy sauce, but only finished half.
