They took long to come to the counter to take my order and on top of it they stood talking and laughing joking In spanish instead of cooking my food. I have a video to prove it. All I ordered was two hutbox such poor service. If they worked as much h as they talked and joked around d they would get more work done.

Yup we tried the $12 special and again it’s horrible. Barely any sauce, and I couldn’t find a taste as it lack taste. Also, I think I’m sick. I have stomach pains and not feeling well after eating this gross do called pizza.

"Rose" was very friendly; pizza was done quickly, and was so good. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a very long time because there are no more are my area. But I'm glad I found this one while I was visiting Lowell.
Parking: We pulled up to the side of the building and there were ample parking spaces.
On Saturday 12/02/ 2023 I ordered a large regular 1 topping pizza hand tossed for pick-up, when I got home with the pizza the bottom crust was so thin and hard that we could not eat the pizza seems like it was under cooked.I called Pizza Hut at 8:00 PM on Church St. to let them know and the person (she) who I talked to on the phone was rude and unprofessioal. Never again will I buy pizza from Pizza Hut.
