Yup we tried the $12 special and again it’s horrible. Barely any sauce, and I couldn’t find a taste as it lack taste. Also, I think I’m sick. I have stomach pains and not feeling well after eating this gross do called pizza.

"Rose" was very friendly; pizza was done quickly, and was so good. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a very long time because there are no more are my area. But I'm glad I found this one while I was visiting Lowell.Parking: We pulled up to the side of the building and there were ample parking spaces.
While the pizza is everything you'd expect from a pizza hut, it's not a sit in restaurant. So it is lacking in atmosphere ?

On Saturday 12/02/ 2023 I ordered a large regular 1 topping pizza hand tossed for pick-up, when I got home with the pizza the bottom crust was so thin and hard that we could not eat the pizza seems like it was under cooked.I called Pizza Hut at 8:00 PM on Church St. to let them know and the person (she) who I talked to on the phone was rude and unprofessioal. Never again will I buy pizza from Pizza Hut.

Let me start by saying if I could give this 0 stars I very much would. This Pizza Hut location is complete garbage. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and 8 piece boneless wings, I opened the box to see what looks like a supreme pizza and then opened the wings to see only 5 sad dry little nuggets with a few drops of the wrong sauce I ordered, nevermind the fact that all the wrong food got to me at room temperature (it takes 5 minutes to get to my house from this store) as well as the wings I got. Pizza Hut is a great chain but this location is the absolute WORST, I've had bad experiences at this one in the past but this time pushed me to write a review about it to let others know.. Don't bother spending your money at this location either find another Pizza Hut store to go to or have your 5 year old kid make you a pizza because it would be better then what you get from here.

ello I'm reporting him pizza hut 131 Church st Lowell ma so he doesn't go to the Storage because the Manager is resisting I ordered a pizza at 8:20 pm It was 10:00 and the pizza didn't arrive I went to the Storage and asked to be The Manager will help and the first thing Hera told me to get out of my mind when I'm asking for explanations of the order

Love Pizza Hut! Lowell location is small but it’s clean and they are great.
The pizza was very undercooked. I only ate a slice and threw the rest out. Got sick from it too.

Definitely a pleasant surprise. Will give the pizza a 4.5 out of 5; tasted great and came out as expected (we got the large cheese stuffed crust). The bones less wings, however, are getting a 2 from me. They weren't really crispy, the sauce didn't stick to them, and the blue cheese wasn't that good (and it cost additional money). I would give it a 3 but the service was great; food was done fast and they were very nice. Gave them an extra point for that.

hate leaving bad reviews but the pizza at this location is so serverly undercooked its actually repulsive. The bacon pieces are litteraly still pink and some of the "bacon" is just white chunks of fat. also the cheese is litteraly PAPER WHITE, when a pizza is fully cooked the cheese is supposed to turn darker/yellow its not supposed to stay white like that, not just complaining about the appearance because you can litteraly taste how undercooked it is. Even the pizza hut express stand at target is a million times better than this. idk if you guys ovens are broken or something but whatever it is you need to fix it before someone gets sick
