Garbage
We called them at 9! The restaurant closes at 10 and kitchen at 9:And informed that we would be there by 9:25 and could place order online and give my card details too so they could charge before hand. But he said that wasn’t possible and asked us to be there by 9:30 which we were. We were rushed , understandable but the service was extremely bad and they charged 18% for less than 15 mins that we were. Upon that food was extremely oily and we told them but nobody responded. While I understand we were there late but there should be no reason why we should compromise when they wouldn’t accommodate even a little.

I ordered Indian food, which is impossible to eat without utensils. I specifically requested silverware in the special instructions for the restaurant. The order arrived with no silverware. I called the restaurant, and they told me that they do not provide any utensils. However, they did not communicate this to me after receiving my request, nor did they cancel the order. As a result, I received a meal that I could not eat as intended.

Tried their buffet on the weekend, and the food is good. Their chicken biryani is very mild, tasty, and stands out from other places.
Edit: We catered from them for my brother’s wedding, and all the guests loved the dishes. Best authentic chicken biryani I ate at any restaurant.

The food is extremely hot. The chef prior to Covid were good. These new guys are heavy handed on chillies. Make the food edible.

Had a lunch for 2 on friday afternoon. The lunch special was definitely worth a try, and generously-sized with a taste of homemade, clean cooking. Ordered a thali and mysore masala dosa.. Butter rotis/Paneer/dal/dosa/sambar - everything was great!!
A clean place, good ambiance.
The lunch buffet is only available on Sat & Sun (12 pm to 3:30 pm)

The best Indian restaurant in the Boston vicinity! I’m not kidding. If you’ve been disappointed by Indian food in this area, come give Priya a chance and you might be pleased like I was. I’ve tried their afternoon buffet and items like Chole Bhature and Mysore Masala Dosa. Also can say their Aaloo paratha and cut mirchi was great!

Very nice Indian restaurant serving North and South Indian cuisine in Lowell. The dosas were well prepared and tasted good, as well as the chapathi and kadai paneer!
It was such a disappointment! Basically, the food wasn’t tasty. We have been to this restaurant many times especially before Corona virus, and even after. This visit was the first after about a year. We were very excited because we love Indian food but what we have tasted was miles below bad! We have tried all chutneys all of them were bland, missing the delicious Indian food taste. All of them have no taste.
We ordered plain dosa on a side, the dosa itself was great however, none of the chutney or the sambar that usually come with is good, again, they were very bland.
I am sure the chef is not the same one!
The good thing is the desserts all delicious.
The price for one person for one Buffett is about $21, it is too much for such bad food!
May I ask the management why do you put the cleaning station ( mobs, buckets, cleaning chemicals and cleaning rugs) in the same dining hall where the customers eat? No one would like to see the cleaning (dirty) rug while they eat, right? In the past I invent some excuses because the food was tasty, it was worth this unpleasant and unappetizing view but now, with the food this bad, there is no excuse.
Last but not least: it is worth to mention that this restaurant does not have wheelchair accessibility, it has a steep staircase that is not convenient for senior citizens.
We went in for a quick bite. We had 5 people and 5 dishes. We all shared. The food was out of this world. This is 45 mins away from us but we are anxious to return again. Our waiter was excellent and attentive to us.
Thank you for an amazing meal
