Ordered a Chicken Parmigiana sub, Chicken Salad BLT club, and Truffle Parmesan fries for dinner. The food was delicious! Nice, hot and fresh. The pricing is very fair in comparison to the rest of the city. The staff is friendly and had excellent customer service

I just tried them for the first time today. This is my new roast beef place right here. There is another place that I also like, but this will be my go to spot. I like the atmosphere inside. The staff is very friendly and the food is pretty good for the price And the super beef sandwich is amazing and stacked.

I wasn't aware the shop was under new ownership until my recent visit. This place used to be one of the best spots for pizza in Lowell, but unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. I ordered a small cheese pizza 20 minutes before I showed up. When I got there, the staff was too busy messing around to notice any orders had come in. I had to wait another 15–20 minutes for them to make it. When I finally got the pizza, it was soggy and bland. Total letdown. Won’t be coming back.

Sad to see new owners here! Last time buying from here, called in 20 min ahead and still had to wait 10 for them to make it because they were too busy with other renovations. There was also a door dash and another customer whom called ahead and not 1 pizza in the oven. Farewell Queens pizza!
Queens Pizza in Lowell is hands down one of the best spots for comfort food. Their pizza is outstanding – the crust is perfectly balanced, not too thin and not too thick, with a nice crisp bite on the outside and softness inside. The sauce has a rich flavor, slightly tangy with a hint of sweetness, and it pairs beautifully with the generous layer of gooey, melted cheese. Toppings are always fresh – whether it’s pepperoni, veggies, or specialty combinations, everything tastes spot-on and well-cooked. Their steak subs are equally impressive. The steak is tender, juicy, and cooked just right, never dry or overdone. The bread is warm and slightly toasted, giving it the perfect crunch while still being soft enough to bite into easily. They load the sub with plenty of steak, and when you add grilled onions, peppers, and cheese, it’s a real treat. It feels hearty and satisfying, just the way a great steak sub should be. On top of the food, the service is quick and friendly, and the portions are generous for the price.
