Rizzo's Roast Beef and Pizza

The last two times I ordered from Rizzos I used a debit card and they hold extra money than can take up to a week after the transaction settles to be released back onto your card. My bill came to $74 dollars and they charged my card $86... I walked in and used a a Visa gift card that had $16 on it and tried to buy a sub that cost $14 and change, because they add additional money on just as a hold.. it tried to charge $17 dollars and change over $3 more than the price of the sub so the card declined it naturally. I couldn't buy the sub. It was a lose lose. I couldn't make the purchase, and they lost the sale. How STUPID is that? Also... the tip jar on the counter doesn't go to the employees!!! The owner takes it! The girl behind the counter told me that herself. They also take the tips that are put on credit card purchases, deliveries etc. !! Not Good! Maybe even illegal. So, while I have no complaints about their food, their practices suck! I won't go back. Santoro's is just as good, and also open late night!

wings had hair all in it, they were extremely soggy. pizza was hard, dry and had no flavor. don’t recommend!

Friend recommended this place..literally just got the pizza now and I asked for very light cheese but they loaded it up 😂 27$ with the tip included, won’t order again unfortunately. Pizzas good but seeing a screw in someone’s plate of food is enough for me

Excellent roast beef sandwiches . The place is very noisy and acoustics are not it's strong points. Constant compressor noise and rustle and bustle notable but food is top notch and plentiful .

Went to my granddaughters cheer competition yesterday at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium . Parked across street from Rizzos Roast Beef and pizza place .Thinking to myself maybe that place is good. But also thought about the drive through Lowell to get there . And thought no it can’t be because this city is a shit hole . We’ll decided after competition to go ahead and try it . Had the best Roast Beef sandwich !!!!! Can’t wait til next competition to come here again !!!!!!!

IT'S LUCY HERE and i absolutely love the food! They treat my seven year old like a cousin of the family and we're always treated with smiles and good vibes no matter how busy they are, honestly come here just for that! Anyways good food, good people, good prices, and treats you WELL!!!
