Went to my granddaughters cheer competition yesterday at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium . Parked across street from Rizzos Roast Beef and pizza place .Thinking to myself maybe that place is good. But also thought about the drive through Lowell to get there . And thought no it can’t be because this city is a shit hole . We’ll decided after competition to go ahead and try it . Had the best Roast Beef sandwich !!!!! Can’t wait til next competition to come here again !!!!!!!

IT'S LUCY HERE and i absolutely love the food! They treat my seven year old like a cousin of the family and we're always treated with smiles and good vibes no matter how busy they are, honestly come here just for that! Anyways good food, good people, good prices, and treats you WELL!!!

I will not be returning to Rizzo's! Sunday evening, I ordered my usual Chicken Kabob dinner for pickup. (Pickup so I get it nice and hot) I like this meal and order it often from Rizzo's. When I arrived to pick up the order tonight, I informed the worker that I was there for a pickup order. After waiting over 20 minutes the worker asked me if I ordered yet. It turned out my food was done and sat on the counter for a while before the worker realized it was mine. finally, she said, "I'm sorry, here you go".

After all that, the chicken was dry and chewy. I hate complaining but at this point, I'm very frustrated. This is the second time I have had to call and complain. On top of it, I'm hungry and just want to eat.

When I called and explained myself, the worker "Pa" told me that this was my second complaint. (Last complaint was 10 months ago) and therefore they were not willing to remake my food or issue a refund.

I have noticed a lot of inconsistencies with the food from Rizzo's. First, some days the chicken is dry and chewy, other days it's moist and delicious. Secondly, the portion of chicken is never the same. But I continued to eat at Rizzo's.

"Pa," told me she would speak to the manager "Happy" tomorrow and see how he wants to handle it.

Amazing taste and very filling! We recently moved to Lowell and were looking for a local pizza place which has a good taste. This place did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and gave us suggestions as it was our first time visiting. We tried the Chicken Kabab pizza, it had loads of chicken and other toppings. Best pizza in the town if you like fully loaded pizzas. Definitely coming back again!

This place is fantastic. The service is great The delivery people are speedy and polite. Everything I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious. Great food for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back.

Long overdue review. I feel like I'm a part of sumethin when I order here. It is have m hands down my favorite Italian to order from. The phenomenal tasting food of course goes a long way. Super friendly customer care
