I stumbled upon Rizzo's while attending an event a Ross the street at the Lowell Auditorium. This is a very clean pizza/sandwich/salad spot and I'd give it five stars for simply the food. However, they are fast to get food prepared and the staff is polite. We had a chicken rice bowl (outstanding), Greek salad (tons of chicken) and a gold finger sub (my daughter loves it). That was the first day. It was so good we went back on the second day for a super beef sandwich, another chicken bowl and a pizza. We NEVER repeat places. But, this was too good not to. You really should try this spot.

The food is honestly pretty good and they are open late and deliver, however the wait times are pretty long compared to other businesses and the service people don't treat you very well at all. Mainly teens to 20's at the register and they never smile or act friendly and are quick to get annoyed with customers. Once your food is ready they leave it on the counter and don't bother to call it out or acknowledge you half the time. Kinda weird.

I literally had to wait an hour for my food without notification of any kind, then when the driver arrived he claimed that he had forgotten my order and went back to go get it. I refused after that because frankly that's horrible service and I will not lower my standards because of someone else's terrible work ethic. The service was absolutely abysmal and needs severe improvement before I even remotely considered eating here again

Tried this place today based on coworkers recommendation. I have to say the best grilled chicken I have ever had, and huge portion! Will be back often and will spread the word they have really good food! Very sweet lady at checkout too!

A week ago I bought a large calzone and a soda for my family, I was exhausted from a long day of work and felt too exhausted to cook. They took an hour and a half to deliver the delivery, I called about 5 times to cancel it, and they gave me delays and didn't want to cancel it, in the end even when I asked them to cancel it and give me my money back, the delivery guy arrived at my door with The order, the calzone was cold and the most disgusting thing was that it had hair inside. I won't buy anything from them again.

I just tried to give them a few tries but they messed up this order too. yea I am all set with this place! like why am I paying for add-on or a customize my meal if they won't even make it right.Dietary restrictions: don't try to customize anything. they won't read the ticket anyways

The dining area was a little bit sparse in this little hole in the wall place but the service was fast and the food was amazing.Parking: Very limited number of parking spots in this location.But the lack of space prevents anything else

Huge disappointment. We order from here several times a month. Since it’s changed hands, ordering delivery has been an issue every time. In the past we always used Slice to order and it was Rizzo’s drivers that would come. Since new ownership, they go through Door Dash. Tonight we ordered through Slice at 5:53 pm. It said delivery would be here by 6:38 pm. We did not get our food until 7:15 pm. Food was cold. Called Rizzo’s to let them know how much we were disappointed. Manger was placed on the phone. He said it wasn’t their fault since I used a third party for delivery. He didn’t seem to care that it was late and cold. I guess the excuse that it was a third party that delivered, he felt no responsibility. So disappointed in Rizzo’s.
