I called in advance, as everyone living here knows the importance of speeding up our time, I described how I wanted the snack, after arriving at the cafeteria I waited for another 10 minutes to receive the wrong snack and To-Go, even though I had said I would eat at snack bar, there was ham if I ordered without ham, there was onion if I didn't ask for onion, very disappointed in short I wasted my time because they tried something for the snack and it still came wrong, I left there hungry and asked for my lunch time.

Unfortunately my first time going there was pretty lame, all 4 workers were unfriendly, seemed unknowledgeable of items and when I asked for creamer they didn’t have it. Ok. They had milk in the fridge, coffee wasn’t hot anymore, perhaps they were so busy that they didn’t have time to make new coffee, hum! In a bakery coffee wasn’t prioritized. Then I accepted cold milk, the worker offered to warm up my coffee on the MICROWAVE. Argh!! I was astounded with the offer. I said no and accepted cold milk, it was terrible I asked to warm up the milk then, because in Brazilian bakeries, milk is also served boiled hot, they were out it was out there all day. The worker warmed up in the microwave for a little bit and asked me if it was ok the few seconds that she did it. I had to say yes because she is the one behind the counter who is supposed to know what they are selling. It was still cold, but I had to move one I wasn’t going to get fresh coffee. Lastly I couldn’t drink that old coffee by the time I went to pay I gave it back and told them that it was old and wasn’t charged and was offered fresh coffee that they had made.

This place use to be a lot better but unfortunately the quality of the food has gone way down. I have given them a few chances and ordered different dishes and everytime I was disappointed. Really a shame because the food here use to be so good, last time we will be coming here.

The coffee is good with some spectacular dishes on the menu.
First time I went to this cafe today, first before going we called a thousand times to see if it was open, no one answered the phone, it's good for the owner to see the employees he has. To make matters worse, I ordered a pastry that came with a fat kiko, then I turned the fat in the basket and the employee saw it, asking to change it to a cold meat one, which wasn't very good either. That was the experience, I hope you like it because I won't be back.

It was horrible, the atmosphere is very nice but the service is terrible, it's a rare day when there is someone serving who is friendly. People seem like they are forced to work, actually being nice is not a requirement to work there!! Today I had the experience of going to the place (which, by the way, is 35 minutes from my house, but I love the pot of milk cake and whenever I feel like it I try to go there quickly) and I ventured to order a pepperoni pastry, when the order arrived the pastry was completely dry and without cheese!!!, the sausage was hard and I could barely eat it, I asked the attendant if she could change it for me, I showed her the dish to check and said that I I really wouldn't have a problem paying for a new one. She frowned as if she didn't want to resolve the situation but she did it anyway, this bothered me because I work in an American restaurant and we are always very friendly to everyone, we always try to do our best by being attentive and showing that we care about them. the opinion of each customer.
