I’ve recently joined and I’m still trying different classes! Great place, great coaches, clean! I enjoy every session and always look forward to the next new adventure!
The knowledgeable staff, the emails, all sorts of equipment, 30-45 minutes classes, variety of classes, and the feeling of wanting to get healthy and the staff to help provide that each day!

I have been going to Sls for over 10 years! This gym has so many positives! Such as great instructors, classes, and just the high energy of all the members! Sherri the owner is always always listening to our input as members and I so happy to be apart of the SLS community!!!
