Santoro’s Subs & Pizza - Lowell, MA

I Placed a DoorDash order and there was a hair baked into my lg pepperoni pizza. I also ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza with extra blue cheese and they sent me a chicken buffalo calzone instead at least they got the cheesesteak sub, right. I will most definitely not be ordering from them ever again.

Classic cheese pizza and eggplant parm was 10/10! First time trying this place and it was worth the late night cravings !! Loved it

I would usually keep my comments to my self but tonight when I ordered and they forgot some of my food and then sent me a cheesy bread that is supposed to be hot or close to hot since they delivered four minutes down the street and the cheesy bread tasted like it was taken out the fridge and delivered to me I have a problem I order on a consistent basis with this place and haven’t had a problem prior and when I call to tell them and they tell me to just microwave it I have to say something because it was so rude and unprofessional!! The place I work gives them so much business and now we are so disappointed and will not be giving our business to them !!!

The food here is great and reasonably priced, only downfall is its in a bit of a shady location , but it does make for fun people watching

I usually only get the same thing from here so 4 stars specifically just for my lack of diversity in trying things. However, the grilled veggie Alfredo is absolutely AMAZING. The sauce is damn near drinkable and the veggies are cooked to perfection. Open late as well which is convenient when everything else closes so early’

Well this place isn't what it used to be with late night and lots of fights. As disappointing as it is that this element is gone the food is great. Pizza is very edible and the steak chunk and cheese is still ?. Don't try to use the bathroom though they are closed to the public

I walked in for the first time today and ordered a chicken Cesar salad wrap with Cajun fries. Monti was so helpful and told me that it would be the best wrap… he wasn’t lying! It was one of my favorite Cesar salad wraps I’ve ever had and I’ll def be back to try some more of his suggestions (he suggested the Philly cheesesteak and the chopped cheese as well)!

For me, this is the best pizza in Massachusetts. I went to UMass Lowell and regret not eating here more often.

I live near Worcester and work in Boston now, I still make it a point to get to Lowell sometimes just to eat the linguica pizza.
No place else can satisfy the craving i have for Santoro's. They are in a league of their own! Its exactly the same as I remember! Totally worth the drive.

Normally I love this place, but I ordeded a 10 piece and I only got 7. Perfectly fine if you’re talking about losing weight, but when you buy a 10 piece for multiple people, it would be nice to have 10 pieces. Everything was delicious and I don’t want to give the wrong impression, if you want good food, this is the place to go FOR SURE it’s delicious. But if you want your order to be accurate, maybe choose somewhere else
