Excellent food, excellent drinks, very attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended for hot pot.
Typically nice and quiet! Really good atmosphere and the meat is great. A little pricey at the end of the day, but not without good reason. The staff and patient and helpful, portions are good and you always leave feeling full and satisfied. I’ve gone a few times with friends and I’ll definitely be back
Decent place if you aren’t close to Boston at all! Great selection of meats. I tried the prime rib. Amazing. You can do a duo broth here. The ingredients come out with a beautiful presentation. The decor is really nice. The bathroom could use some work.
If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, look no further than WTF Restaurant! This place is hands down the best spot for hot pot. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic meal.
The service was truly outstanding—our waiter was attentive, friendly, and incredibly quick with our orders. They really knew the menu well and offered great recommendations for both the hot pot options and drinks. Speaking of drinks, the selection was impressive and perfectly complemented our meal.
The hot pot itself was delicious, with a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from, ensuring that everyone can find something they love. Each broth was flavorful, and the overall experience was just delightful.
Overall, WTF Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re a fan of hot pot or just looking for a great meal, I highly recommend checking this place out! You won’t be disappointed!
Really tasty and everything is priced well.
I went here to celebrate a friend's birthday with a group of 8 people. We had a great time. Our server was fantastic and food was delicious!
Absolutely loved this place! The service was warm and attentive, and the food was simply outstanding. The flavors were authentic and delicious, making it the best spot for hotpot and a variety of Asian dishes. Highly recommend!
The best of the best ramen ever!!!
I stopped here with my beautiful wife for a quick soup but the flavor was amazing and the drinks are next level. This is going to be our spot for ramen from now on.
Great service. Went to a birthday celebration, service was quick and pleasant. They even decorated for it without having been asked. They quickly delivered extra food after first round.

Menu needs to be published on a website.
There were many cuts of meat that we were told were "discontinued" like lamb, etc.
Ventilation in the restaurant needs to be better, especially with all the vapors from hot pot.
Portions are small, prices are expensive. There are better hot pot places than this.
Service staff seemed to want to avoid interaction with customers.

Not disappointed with our experience, I was really happy with the selection of veggies and my fiancée was very happy with the mushrooms! I’m sure I would have liked them if I was a mushroom person. The fried tofu in the hotpot paired very well with the incredible soy sauce based sauce. Cocktails were very good too.
The food was amazing, and also had a beautiful presentation! It was a super fun experience for the whole family. We chose a variety of meat, seafood, and veggies for the hot pot, and we absolutely loved it. Check this place out if you're up for new and fun dining experiences. It was 100% worth it.

Finally went out to check this place out. Because me and my wife have had a new love for hot pot. Only then was that we went with a big family because it was her birthday. This place can't really set set up for more than 8 people which is a dumb side but we made the most of it. They charge for the broth which I think should be included with the hotspot. So that sucks, but all in all the food, the service, the atmosphere everything was good. The drinks were decent too but could be a little stronger.Nice place to go if you're going on a date or just a few of you

Shabu Shack has become our go-to spot for hot spot in the Boston area. We love the dipping sauce and how thinly sauce the meats are cut. For the price we're paying and the quality of food, it's really hard to beat. On top of this, the atmosphere/vibes make it very cozy to sit down and eat. Service is wonderful and very responsive. One of the best hot pot places in the Lowell area and perhaps in the north of Boston area!
