The workers at Snowdaes are so wonderful! Tonight, I called to inquire about caffeine content in one of their teas and later ordered on DoorDash. Immediately after I placed my order, I received a call from a worker informing me that my order contained caffeine and offered me a different drink to meet our dietary needs with no hassle or price adjustment. This is how customer service is done! Keep this young man around, he’s great!

Chaotic atmosphere inside with a very slow staff. The male owner/manager just walks around while he sees his staff struggle during a rush.
For what they sell, it's not worth the wait, or the price.

Brought my daughter here for the first time and this place is great, they have squishmallows on a bench my daughter loved it and great snow cone flavors and ice cream, great vibe there! Very chill and great prices! Workers there are awesome!!

An assortment of both shaved ice and Hawaiian ice and various teas. Our shaved ice was both smooth and flavourful. The Ube flavor was surprisingly good!
