This starbucks was really good.The bista's got my coffee, right.They had a good sense of humor and a good atmosphere.This starbucks is doing a good job.A lot of the other starbucks can learn from this location.

I from texas and I stopped there because me and my sister want to get a refreshment, and the asian girl In the front I think I saw her name was Kristen, took care of us with a perfect customer service!!! Most of the time when you go to a startbucks in target they never welcome you the way she did it, I was very impressed and appreciate the warm welcome she provided, this is the ruth of all customer service and this is how you succeed. Good job kristen!!! And thank you.

The Cambodian girl at the register needs to fix her attitudeeee…. Just because you got a line of 10 people and your the only one working doesn’t mean that you can give attitude to costumers. Me and my fiancé just had a few questions about why our order was almost 20 dollars for 2 small drinks and a cookie lol…mind you we don’t care about the price we just wanted to know why this Starbucks location apparently doesn’t even accepts their own rewards program. Also she just had a nasty attitude from the beginning. She said “if you don’t want to pay for it you don’t have to get it.” Lol she’s tripping. Mind you they also up charge costumers just for the convenience of being in target. Like how come the same drink my fiancé gets at Starbucks for a large is $7. At this location they wanted to charge her $9 for a small that’s just crazy.

New teenage/kid staff there are unprofessional. I’ll be in line waiting to get service while the staff are just dancing and chitchatting, all while ignoring the customers. And when they finally realize there’s a customer waiting they immediately put their phones away. I understand that these new hires are young but you can’t be doing that at work, this isn’t a playground. The food and drinks were okay, nothing wrong with it. But teach your younger staff to put their phones away and pay attention to the customers. One of them was a younger female staff, who served me that day she usually works afternoons/nights with dark straight hair. And the other was a boy with curly brown hair. Just disappointing experience.

The person ringing us out was on the phone with someone asking what they’d like from this Starbucks location while taking an order. Completely unprofessional and dirty. There’s open drinks that have been clearly used annd half drank all over the merch area. On top of being unprofessional and dirty I ordered a grande pink drink and it was handed to me half empty. Whoever runs this Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves and their partners.

I have been staying at a hotel near here and going to this Starbucks nearly every day this week. I think the workers here are phenomenal. They have great customer service, remembering me and my order. And they all work together really well. Thanks for the great service!

The staff was amazing today! There were only 2, but the line was moving (and everyone was ordering 2-3 drinks each) They take turn alternate from taking orders, taking payments, and making the drinks. What drove me to come write a review was I spilled my coffee and they made me a new one with hesitation and was very very kind about it. Great Teamwork among the two!!!!! Good job guys!!
