They told me they would be opening at 11am.

Very bad service if not the worst I have ever had Starbucks. Employee leaves 3 times to go into the actual target while there about 5 people including me waiting in line. No manager over site.

Went there today and was really not impressed. Looks like a bunch of minors work there and they were extremely rude and were just gossiping instead of providing service. They didn’t fill my drink cup all the way and the drink itself was pure syrup, almost undrinkable, and without the fruit inclusions it was supposed to come with. They really need more training on customer service or need a manager to actually keep them on task. Please work on it…

Ordered two items and both were done incorrectly. The latte with whole milk was done with oat milk. The caramel frappuccino did not have caramel and only tasted like milk over ice. The service was extremely slow; it took us approximately 20 minutes to get two drinks. The place was unclean and had fruit flies inside the food display. This Starbucks is located inside Target and could definitely be better given the amount of customers it serves.

I can’t even say “convenient” because sometimes they don’t open, are always short staffed, never prepared, and today no lids.. It’s literally always something, and it’s not even surprising anymore. They need to get it together or something. Worst Starbucks ever. Needs a new manager or something so that they can have a leader who actually knows how to run it.. you know like inventory and employees. Actually I’m going to apply here so I too can do the bare minimum as well :)

The employees were extremely rude for no reason. I think her name was Tina (one of the minors working ) who was very rude to customers even the ones after me. Target needs to work on having better employee conduct. Paying $17 an hour for employees to be rude such a joke. Needs better training for their employees.

These 4-5 star people gotta be the people that work there lol there’s no way.. they are NEVER full stocked .. it’s either no whipped cream , no ice , no correct size cup , no something .. irony being that they’re in a whole retail store lol, people that work there are really nice but , terrible management.
