I've been going there for the past year and a half I've never had an issue up until now they don't pay attention when you're telling them what you want for an order they always make my sandwich wrong and I asked for ham cheese and roast beef and they end up charging me for a the Beast and they didn't even put on what comes with the Beast and I had to pay more for their service has gone downhill I do not recommend coming here go somewhere else and save you money

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this Subway location. The girl preparing my sandwich added such a small amount of ingredients that it was surprising—only two tomato slices and three tiny pieces of onion. She was so economical on sauce. In the end it was a bread roll. When I mentioned that the sandwich wasn't being made correctly, the manager responded dismissively, implying that it was due to my ordering a $5 sub. Please avoid that place.

Come here a good amount of times with my wife and kids. Today I get here at 540pm. I'm told I can't eat in the lobby cause there CLOSE AT 7PM!! I asked if this was new because 1 hour 20 minutes is a long time. My kids are 12,12, and 13 not 2 year Olds. She said we already cleaned the lobby???? So your assuming I'm a slob. It's 88 degrees out I really don't want to sit outside. We asked if her manager was aware there closing the lobby almost 90 minutes early she said yes she told us to. I doubt it. I paid 60.00 to sit on the sidewalk. Unbelievable.

Went down there today 8/24 around 5:35 pm. When I went in there was only 1 guy working in there and he was sitting on a stool in the little side area next to the sandwich area and he was sitting there picking at his teeth and peeked around the corner once and never said can I help you or acknowledged that we were even there. We even called to him and he just kept sitting there still picking at his teeth looking jittery or something and ignoring us knowing we were there. So we ended up leaving after waiting around for a few minutes of being ignored. Definitely this place lacks customer service and employees that want to tend to the public.

I don’t think the franchise owner takes this place seriously. Terrible customer service. Awful staff. Respectfully, if they complain that they don’t want to be there, please advise them to get another job.
