Since it's a Starbucks located in a library on a university campus, there can be a line depending on the time you go. Other than the possibility of a long wait in line, the staff is super efficient and kind. I've had nothing but great interactions with the staff here and they always make my coffee perfectly for me.

I'd rather take my chances of freezing to death during this Polar Vortex weather by walking to a farther Subway instead of dealing with the attitude from these workers.

Here i go again with my starbucks reviews. Being new to campus and an avid starbucks customer i was very excited to know there is not only one but two at UML. So far I've only gone to this one and my experience was alright. One of the baristas seems especially unhappy with her life, at least this is the vibe I get from her every time I've been here, which i get when you're a young adult having to work in customer service. However, I've been working with the public since freshman year of high school so i know customer service 101 teaches you not to take your frustrations out on those who pay your salary. Not only is she unpleasant but i ordered a sandwich only to find out it was FROZEN when i bit into it in class. I'd avoid her, she wears glasses, but the short barista is a sweet heart so I'm torn as to whether i should recommend anyone come here or not.
