We go around 5 pm . No waffle the most of ice cream is emptyAfter we ordered the guy tell us to go out for store. We stayed out side for more 20 minutes then we took awful icecream

Got the Thai tea egg puff, which was pretty disappointing. Didn't have a lot of flavor to it and the ice cream didn't taste fresh. Tasted like it has been sitting in the freezer for awhile. Also, the person didn't seem like they were confident in what went into making it because they kept looking at the menu board. Not a big deal but even then, they forgot the condensed milk. The person offered whipped cream on top but the amount they gave was so little. Was hoping for it to be better based on all the other great reviews that were on here.

Great little find in Lowell. Unique ice tea and ice cream flavors. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried here. Working my way through their menu. Limited hours. Check before you go. But definitely give it a try

Ordered delivery during pandemic and received it on time. Got a halo halo and some iced coffees and some iced teas with boba. I personally love ube flavored things in general and the ube ice cream that came with the halo halo was really good. The iced teas weren't too sweet which is great. I haven't tried my coffee yet but my boyfriend likes his reeses pb cup coffee. Will order from here again! Maybe one day I'll come by for pickup to try other stuff since the online menu didn't include the egg puffs with ice cream which is understandable.

Just heard about this place and give it a try , totally disappointed. I ordered a taro with Boba and what I’ve got is a milky water with boba. What a waste of money and time. Garbage.

Place is nice, bright, new and clean. Owner is very nice. She gave us time to decide what to order because we're not from the area. We ordered two halo halo and two puffs. One cheese and one green tea. Let's start off with halo halo. It was tasteless. No flavor at all. It was very bland. I think they forgot the condense milk in there and barely anything in there to eat. A few Jelly is from the can/jar. Ube icecream is ok. The rice crispy made it taste soggy. Now to the puffs it was bland too. The cheese and green tea had no flavor and it was so dry. Idk if it's new or they forgot but this is my first time here. Hopefully it have more taste next time if ever.

Great homemade boba tea, tastes way better than most places. The boba is really good, I just wanted extra honey and it wasn't as sweet as I wanted. It's really cute inside although there's only takeout. They were super friendly and I'll be back when I'm in the area. Easy order & pickup.

We came here because this was the only dessert place that has Ube ice cream. The place was pretty small, but clean. It's very hidden. I've never had Ube ice cream, but it was too bad at all. I got the halo halo. The ice cream was smooth but the rest of the dessert tasted like it was over frozen.

Awesome iced coffee and ice cream shop. The staff here was just the most friendliest people you could ever meet. They really were helpful with explaining the menu and making recommendations. Viet iced coffee float was so delicious. I had it with coconut ice cream. I highly suggest you visit this shop for a sweet treat. It's clean inside and the staff is great.
