Where I live, this is the only taco bell in the area and it's still not close to me. I was in the area and decided to take advantage and grab some taco bell. Unfortunately I was not happy with what I got; the quality of the preparation for the Taco Bell menu needs attention at this location. I bought the crunchwrap meal and could not eat or enjoy it because it was soggy and messy. The crunchy taco crumbled apart and also could not be enjoyed.

Tried to give this place many chances but food just seems to get worse and worse I order burritos or soft tacos they either put too much that the rap rips or too little and all the shredded cheese with everything else is in one area not spred out evenly, shut it down send some professionals and retrain everyone

Once again I'm the only person in line and I have to wait until the girl on the phone is done before she will get my order, this KFC has very poor service and nobody seems to care even the manager or the owner because this has been going on for a long time

They forgot some items in my order. The way they packaged my steak chalupa caused the shell to Crack and all the meat to fall into the bag. Other than that everything was fine, hot and ready in a timely manner.
