Once again I'm the only person in line and I have to wait until the girl on the phone is done before she will get my order, this KFC has very poor service and nobody seems to care even the manager or the owner because this has been going on for a long time

They forgot some items in my order. The way they packaged my steak chalupa caused the shell to Crack and all the meat to fall into the bag. Other than that everything was fine, hot and ready in a timely manner.

They were training a new kid and I liked how nice they were with him and walking him through what to do without pressuring him! That was great to see! The order for my friend and I was correct and very good! There was plenty of customers and I was surprised by how fast they had our food ready!
