Been here for breakfast and lunch. Great food, friendly staff and clean.
Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Food was fantastic!
I’m so sad to type this as I have ordered delivery from this place before and the food is usually good.
I came in today because I wanted to get an in store experience.
Let me start by saying, I should’ve left as soon as our drinks came… The coffee mug they gave us had LIPSTICK on it. 🤢 I asked if they could replace our mug and our waitress told us “oh yeah lipstick just doesn’t come off it’s normal” excuse me what? Not an apology or anything. We still got our mug replaced. We ordered our food and the flavor was okay but after seeing how dirty the menu looked, how dirty the mug they gave us was. We left the restaurant feeling sick. I’m so sorry but we’ll never ever come back or order food from there. And they need a health inspector ASAP.
Used to be a great little neighborhood cafe.
Nowadays with new owners food is horrible , service is terrible and place is not clean inside.
Disappointed
We visited this restaurant this morning for what we hoped would be a pleasant breakfast, but the experience was anything but. Arriving at 10:30 am, we didn’t receive our food until 11:45 am—and when it finally came, the order was incomplete and incorrect. We had to repeatedly ask for missing items, and the staff on duty didn’t seem equipped to answer basic questions.
Only three employees appeared to be working, and two of them were either untrained or unwilling to assist. To make matters worse, when we went to pay, one staff member outright refused to take our payment, and we had to wait another 30 minutes for the only waitress to return and process the bill. The entire visit was frustrating, disorganized, and disappointing. I advise others to look elsewhere
Ordered food since 10:37am and it’s now 11:50 and have not even received my food yet. They have been having my door dash delivery person sitting there just waiting for a long time now. The first door dash person left because they took so long. So they basically just sent me another notification just now saying the they’re “prepping” my order 10 minutes ago. I literally ordered one plate of food,ONE over an hour ago
Well, we used to love going to this place. However it must be under new ownership or something else that changed. First our meals did not arrive together at the table. He had to wait about 10 minutes for mine to arrive because the cook forgot to make it. It was a simple meat-lovers omelette with hash browns and toast.
So when it finally arrived, the omelette itself was okay. But the hash browns were barely cooked. The toast was not even toasted, and it was not buttered which I had asked for.
Our waitress seemed to be in a very bad mood and acted as if we were bothering her just by coming in to eat. I recommend finding a different place to eat. They also need to fix their parking lot which has a huge hole in the middle of it.
This place used to be amazing, I went back after a while, I didn’t know they changed owners. I ordered sirloin steak and eggs, I asked for medium on the steak and when it arrived it was way over cooked I asked to get it medium and they gave me a raw steak the second time honestly really disappointed. Will never go again
Old timey diner with great food
I asked for a monte Cristo sandwich, on the white toast only without the French toast, I saw the server entering the order and saying to the kitchen that monte Cristo was white toast only… after 30 min waiting for it, it came normal made with French toast… I complain to the kitchen and they insisted they didn’t made a mistake… so now white toast comes tasting cinnamon and yellowsh????? This place will close soon if they keep doing mistakes and not fixing it

Food quality has gone down fast and I recently ordered a burger that was overcooked with the thinnest patty I've seen from this place. It has been very disappointing here and I hope they improve.

Food was good waitress could have smiled once or twice. Felt like I was bothering her.
Good food. Good service. The restaurant was pretty clean when compared to other small breakfast dinners in Lowell. Tables and bar space was clean and ready for new customers to sit in. However the location, awkward parking across the street and sketchy people in the area makes it hard to fully enjoy this cafe to its fullest
