Best beer and whiskey list in lowell, possibly Merrimack Valley. Food menu is small, but excellent

We came in with a groups of 6 and they were wonderful about ordering everything. I’ve been in before and I’ll definitely be back

I went here for karaoke recently and it was SO welcoming, cozy, and rustic. The food was very high quality and niche. The karaoke DJ was also extremely supportive of those who aren't as comfortable singing publicly!FYI their handmade carrot cake was literally to die for.

Great food and atmosphere. The cocktails never disappoint! Highly recommend the Keep burger or the brick chicken.

I had the eggplant shakshuka. It was excellent. They also had a small selection of French wines.

Popped in here for a few drinks on a Friday evening. Our server was very attentive, personable, and helpful. Our friend enjoyed their Belgian beer selection and I really enjoyed the Jungle Bird cocktail. We're planning on coming back for food but I hear good things. And not to mention the interior is beautiful. Original dark wood bar and classic looking features make this place stand out from your typical bar scene.

Went for brunch on Saturday and the food was great. Limited menu but we got the burger and chai French toast and both were super tasty. Servers were super nice as well. Definitely will be back!

The Keep employees are extremely hostile and incite violence on their paying patrons. Their employees are not easy going people, but their manager is okay with that. The service is absolutely terrible here.

Decent food, slightly put out waitstaff, odd location without great parking options. A little lacking in warmth all around.

Went there to kill some time and watch some football. Sat at the bar, they do have a dining area. Great bartender. Learned how they make their own homemade infusions. Ate a spicy gumbo and pretzels. Both were good. It was the staff that made it fun.

I am so gutted about this place! We had read the reviews and were excited to finally try it! We went there on a Saturday for brunch and there was only one other table, almost done with their meal. There are maybe 7 dishes on the menu and they were out of 2, OK I guess… I ordered The Keep egg and cheese and the sandwich came without cheese and with a burnt bun. I could understand this if the place was full, but there was no one. Forgetting the cheese could happen I guess, although it is on the name of the dish, but a burnt bun? Why? just quickly toast another one, seriously. My husband ordered the Steak and eggs and said his was ok. On the other hand, the service was outstanding! Our waitress was so friendly and apologised after I mentioned the cheese and the bun, she even took it out of the check. She was so nice it made me even more upset that the food wasn’t good. If you are in the neighbourhood I would say give it a try, their dinner menu looks promising, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to try this place.

Doesn't look like much fun the outside but inside you'll find a great drink list (including expensive beer list) and an amazing menu of food to try. Never had a bad meal here. The service is great. The ambiance is good and it's always been fairly on the quiet side when we've been which I like. I have visited many times so can easily say it's worth the trip.
