If you really want a delicious breakfast, dont wait any longer. This is the place you have been waiting for. Food is better than a fancy breakfast place, and prices are unbeatable

I just had a coffee and a buttered Bagel but it was one of the most delightful experiences my credit card had expired the day before the waitress was so kind and gracious I made a few calls and corrected it but feel very comfortable doing so she was so kind I did not even feel embarrassed

Pancakes were over mixed, Which causes to be rubbery. Eggs should be cooked on a separate griddle or the lower end of the griddle. The eggs were overcooked. It shouldn’t be any brown, almost black on the albumen , sunny side up should be a loose yolk not hard. On a Saturday in my opinion, they should be more than one server. The server was very pleasant wasn’t going to stiff her out of a tip because the food was bad. And a lot of the locals give this place high ratings probably because it just locals .
I don’t know if it was an off day or if this is how the food always is, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a breakfast diner.

We went based on good reviews and were put off initially by environment and then undrinkable water. The food is decent. The waitstaff is nice/amenable. The diner needs some updates. It’s like eating in a musty basement with dirty/old carpet on dishes and utensils that don’t ever look/feel clean. The water tasted like a combination of what a bad dishwasher would produce—soapy food scrap residue that has leached into the old plastic/melamine cups. The three stars are for the food and humans who are grinding it out. There are clearly some loyal locals who frequent the counter. If not for them I don’t think this place would survive.

Impeccable service, quality and affordable food, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I've visited all diners in the area and they all pale in comparison. The pawtucketville diner is undoubtedly the Hidden Gem of Lowell.
