food is amazingly good and super fresh 😋

My husband and I tried out this restaurant and were very happy we did. The food was exceptional, service was great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

I haven't had a chance to taste their food or go in and sit down to eat with my family or my wife yet, but we plan to. I just wanted to give it a rating because we have to support all these local businesses opening up, and I've heard a lot of great things, so I'm giving it a five-star rating right now. After I have some food there and check it out, I'll update my review. I just wanted to leave some pictures as well and a couple of videos so you can check it out.

I’ve always been a costumer at Trem Caipira since they only served takeout and I went for the first time right after the new location opening and I honestly loved it. But today I went to get the same dish and was totally disappointed with the size of it and flavor. You can see for yourself from the pics. The server took 15 minutes to show up to get our order and the order took more than an hour which I get since it’s a busy Saturday. I hope they keep the food the same way as the opening time.
I've always been a Trem customer since they only served lunch boxes and I went to see it right when the new place opened and I loved it. Today I went once again to eat the same dish and the size and flavor surprised me negatively. (Photos below). The girl who served us took 15 minutes to come to our table the first time and the food took over an hour which is understandable given it was Saturday and it was busy. I hope they return to the standard of the inauguration.

We went to the new location of Trem Caipira on the corner of Gorham and Appleton and I would say that the restaurant is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood! The picanha with four cheese is perfect and I like the choices of sides which include polenta and fried plantains in addition to the rice and beans that come standard. The portions are generous and the seasoning is perfectly blended.

Most of all, I really commend the friendly staff. I wish Trem Caipira continued success and I can't wait to come back over and over.

The food was very good. Prepared fresh and tasted very authentic. We had the bolinho de bacalhau and they were very good. Also the picanha and carne de sol are very good with a generous serving of rice, beans and fries. The owner is very friendly and the service was great.
