We love your restaurant but the new online order situation is horrible couldn’t figure out how to order a standard margarita pizza your automated system is absolute trash. This lead us to choosing a different restaurant for takeout.

Though its wildly overpriced we do order Casa once in a while since it's in town. This last time the onion rings had chunks of flour falling out them. Not batter, not undercooked, but unmixed batter so the flour was still separate in chunks and not cooked. But the worst part is, can't even call to tell them to make you new ones. Nope. I would have had to drive there and sit and wait while I have 10 people at my house. I thought my friend was ridiculous when she said she would never order from here again because of the phone situation but now I am with her. Customer service is important, no matter how good you perceive your food to be.
Incredible pizza, huge variety of styles, and they are all delicious. My favorite is a New Haven Amazing Asian. This is a very special pizzeria. No one makes pizza like they do.

Food and service both very good. Prices are too high for food and especially drink prices. Prices are reflective of a full service 3 course meal in another restaurant and just had pizza and a drink.
