I went to KFC Ludlow today at approximately 1230pm on 4-8-24. I walked in thru the front doors and found no one at the counter or drive thru window location. I waited 2 or 3 mins and looked around for any employee. I did not see anyone at all. There were two doors leading into the area where employees are supposed to be. I reached and pushed one of the doors open and said Hello. A female employee came up and responded wearing a headset. The employee a Spanish female, I believed her to be the manager. She met me at the counter advising me that I scared her and that there is a bell to ring. She pointed out the location of the bell in a rude tone and was happy that I had call out Hello through the doors of the kitchen area. Be advised that there was absolutely no other patrons in the KFC at the time and no cars at the drive thru. The attitude of this KFC employee made me leave the KFC and I told her I'm all set. I went across the street to Wendy's for lunch.

Order a twelve peace bucket with sides. To get home and serve my family weather when I sat down. Finally to eat I found a black Course hair like somebody's weird here in the macaroni and cheese. That pretty much killed the meal for me. On top of that, the chicken breast that I was eating was pink. Wasn't even fully cooked. I don't even know what to say Honestly my kids could've gotten really sick over this and I spent 46$ on this meal. Absolutely crazyEnded up throwing it all out !!! Never going back!!!

Drive across the bridge to Boston road, this is the worst KFC! AND DON'T ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER EVER HAVE IT READY. The older woman working today and the pregnant girl were so incredibly rude upon pickup I will never return and would be ashamed to say they were my employees.

5 orders taken after mine went out before mine.. my order was small.. when i asked about my order the girl looked up and said sorry I forgot it.. when i complained another woman came out and acted like I did something wrong... it took 40 mins to get tenders, nuggets and a famous bowl.. EVERYTHING was cold.. The girl who gave me a dirty look was putting orders together.. her attitude was rude and disrespectful.. I will NOT be returning

Went in tonight to order the chicken with tenders meal and was informed that it was only available with the online ordering. I downloaded the app and had a question about the deal and Warde came right over to me to ask if I needed anything. I asked her about the deal and she helped my through the process. She was very attentive and told me she'd keep the online ordering system open on the screen so she could start my order right away. She has a very warm welcome and is very helpful. I found out it was her first day on the job and I had the chance to let her know she did an awesome job helping me out. I noticed a Rising Star board in the restaurant and I know it won't take her long to get it! Great job Warde!!

Wife picked up a bucket of chicken from Ludlow ma location, the chicken was overcooked and salty, this is the second time this occurred. If I didn't live a half hour away I would bring it back. This establishment is really going down hill. And I would not recommend this

Almost $14 for a kids meal. 5 tiny little chicken nuggets, fries had a strange coating on them. Warm lemonade if ordered without ice. Potato bowl loaded with brown gravy. Can't understand why beef gravy on chicken dishes. Why not chicken or even turkey gravy? Instant mashed potatoes...??

We went there waited 15 minutes till someone came to wait on us. When they did the manager told her to take car of the drive thru first. We had 4 more customers in line behind us. I asked for extra crispy chicken and was told the guy that cooks is on break will take us about 40 minutes to cook more chicken. Do what else do we order ITS A CHICKEN place. The cooking area and table were FILTHY. Fur wre in my party we turned around and left after waiting over 20 minutes just to order and be told no chicken ready. Worse KFC we have EVER been too. 461 Center st Ludlow MA.....I will NEVER RETURN.
