KFC is a welcoming restaurant with attentive staff. The team is dedicated to providing excellent service, as demonstrated by Warde, who helped a customer with online ordering and was praised for her warm welcome and helpfulness. The restaurant also prioritizes making special occasions memorable, having helped a customer make their daughter's birthday special. However, some customers may find certain menu items, such as kids meals, to be overpriced or with unusual ingredients, like the strange coating on fries.
