Robin is perhaps the greatest thing to happen to ever happen the Papa Gino’s dynasty. She went above and beyond, consistent eye contact, as well as DEEP reassurance that our pizza and experience here at the ludlow plaza would be satisfactory. I’m even considering writing Robin into my will. Thank you Robin :)
Robin, who provided the counter service at the Ludlow MASS Turnpike rest area, was just wonderful! She was friendly and efficient, something that I see too little of anymore. She made my lunch experience so much better with her friendly attitude.
