I just had the kindest experience with the woman working the counter at the papa Gino's Ludlow truck stop location . I didn't catch her name, but she was working on Thursday 12/18/2024 at 2:20pm. It was so refreshing dealing with someone I could tell was so genuinely kind. I wish I could leave her a 5 star review for her boss to see. But hopefully she sees this review and knows she made my day better just in the 2 minutes interaction we had. Wishing this lady so much...
I ate at this location traveling home to NY, and the food was phenomenal! The pizza was so fresh and the chicken Alfredo was amazing! I had never eaten at a Papa Gino’s before but would highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. If you are in the area, stop in and you won’t be disappointed!
Super over priced they only have one size pizza paid basically 50 bucks for 2 pizza 49.50 and pizza was pretty bland not how I remember service was great though couldn't be nicer
