A bit pricey compared to other Starbucks in Springfield, Chicopee, Ludlow, East Long mead, and Longmeadow.
Victoria (working July 28 @445pm) was an absolute STAR. She was the embodiment of customer service and interacting with her made my day! I hope her manager will read this review & make note that she’s a star. Our whole family talked about our interaction for miles??

Starbucks is a popular spot, with exceptional customer service from employees like Victoria, who went above and beyond to make a great impression. The prices may be a bit steep, even for a coffee chain, but the staff's friendly and efficient service makes up for it. The coffee, including the grande caramel macchiato and tall flat white, is also a highlight.
