Absolutely horrible, from there online ordering service, customer service and food, zero out of 10 would not recommend. At the end of the day the food was dry, the duck sauce was watered down and did not taste good. On a positive the portion of bad food was a nice large portion.

I have ordered from asian garden for a long time and the lady always answers but the one time a guy answers the rudest guy ever said he was the manager also yelling because I called once I got my order and told him he charged me for extra ginger sauce and never gave it to me and I ordered steam Peking ravioli and got fried I was just letting him no I didn't want him to bring them or anything I was just telling him and he starts yelling at me saying I ordered the fried ones and I have never in my life ordered fried he was yelling yelling I was like you are the manager and you yell at your customers like that because use made 2 mistakes with my order you charge me for something you didn't bring so dam rude I will never order from there again will stick with dumpling garden un saugus best service there gotta pick it up but would rather than someone talk to me the way that manager did from asian garden so dam rude !!!!!!!

Good spot. Food is exactly what you would expect +2 bartender is awesome. I wouldn't say my drink was overfilled at all As that would be counterintuitive. It's also walking distance, so I'll be a regular in no time

placed a on line order for the sum of 39.75 and was waiting for the order as it said it would be arriving around 830pm i called the restaurant after 9.00pm and was told i never placed a order the person on the phone was very rude and basically said call beyond for a refund and hung up i will never do business there again they are rude and just plain sadistic

Ewwww! Not only was the food awful, but the delivery driver called me just as my cell phone died so I wasn't able to tell him I was coming downstairs, so he proceeded to honk his horn 3 separate times in the 30 or 40 seconds it took me to walk down one flight of stairs with a bad knee. I rarely leave reviews, I don't like to harm anybody's business, however, I felt it was necessary because ordering Chinese food is a rare treat for my family, and honestly, we thought the food tasted like it was OLD (you know......that taste you get when something has been sitting in a refrigerator or freezer too long, absorbing the moldy/musty odors of the area its stored in). We could not eat it and wasted our hard-earned money, in a world where everything is way overpriced as it is. I will say, their prices are reasonable and their special (C1), where you can choose 3 appetizers for I think $12.95, is a great deal, I just wish it was worth even that, but unfortunately, it wasn't. I would not recommend this place.

I tired to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was the last straw, I’ve gotten the beef fried rice here three times and each time I got more onions and bean sprouts than rice, I’ve asked them for less onions and got no onions and more bean sprouts, I’ve asked for less bean sprouts and I got more onions, it’s like they want you to pay more for a dish that is basically bean sprouts/ onions. The apps are better than the main dishes so that would be the only thing I would suggest if you’re looking for something here to have.

We only came here because Green Tea was full, Husband got a mai tai and it was as dark as Coca-Cola and gross not drinkable. My margarita ? was not margariting it was not drinkable. Genaral tso chicken was GROSS! Crab rangoon was good but that's about it unfortunately. Will not be coming back. Oh and the Virgin PiñaColada tasted like pineapple juice only and it was on the rocks, daughter didn't drink it. Spent a lot of money on things we did not eat because it was not edible Do to it tasting gross.
