I dont usually complain about anything because I'm happy they that they are trying and have job. The food preparer through my order at the cashier/handler. It fell on the floor. I questioned them about the incident and both the food preparer nor the server. I had at least ten cars behind me. I did not eat the whopper and cheese they handed me. But I paid the $8.00. The worst is that the supervisor was watching and didn't do anything and ignored my comments. The manager should've acknowledged me and an dealt with the workers. Instead he ignored me and and what was happening.
i had gotten rat feces on my chicken sandwich it was horrible i do not recommend this place not even for delivery this place needs to be inspected because no restaurant should have food contamination

I just had a disturbing incident here today. They served me a sandwich i didnt order and returned it. I dont eat vegetables due to allergies and is the main reason i only order specific sandwiches. So when they took the sandwich i atood there and watched the lady at the prepping station pull the chicken that was wrapped in tomatoe slices , lettuce and what ever other vegetables they put in it and litterally peeled the veggies off to then recycle the chicken and make the sandwich i ordered. And when i said i know i didnt juat see what i saw, another employee asked me what happened. I told him and he just looked at me and then turned around and walked away to continue doing what he was doing. Pure laziness and lack of care of what customers have to deal with. Disgusting and horriblecustomer service. Clearly just here to get a paycheck.
