The service and food was great! I went there on 1/9 for what would've been my mom's 60th. I remember going there decades ago as a kid, when they had animals. Even though a lot had changed, I still felt close to her.

We were sat at a side table “high top” at the bar for dinner when we asked for another table they said it was booked I said we've had reservations for three weeks we left without eating .

Una excelente opción para pasar noche vieja. El ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar. La comida suficiente y correcta, nada de esperar mucha cosa más. La atención excelwnte, los camareros siempre pendientes . Desde la puerta del restaurante se puede ver la ball drop cómodamente.

Food was overpriced simce it was New Year's eve, but should have been of better quality.Our table wss at the rear so we were far from the entertainment and the happenings. Will not go again.

I can always count on TBD-TS to provide good service and quality food, with something for everyone! We had a group of 7, during the holidays, so we expected the restaurant to be crowded, but they accommodated us quickly and every meal turned out perfectly — including our favorite, “The Perfect Plate!” One guest ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and the Cheesecake and absolutely loved it! Thanks for making it a special experience for my family and for all the special memories in 2025! See you next year!

I have been an avid fan and frequent customer of this establishment for over 20 years. I was so disappointed not only by the incredibly rude and poor service I received when I dined before my matinee this past Wednesday. I was so surprised by the nasty manner our waitress spoke to us, I wanted to request someone else but feared for how our food would be treated. The food I was accustomed to being quite delicious in the past, was very mediocre. None of us ate more than half of our food. What once was a regular stop for me, has lost its charm and shine. Time to revisit the old standards that made them successful, including their old favorite Split Pea Soup WITH the Hot Dog slices they removed from the menu.

Excellent service! The host and servers were all incredibly kind to us and made the evening special for our daughters who were going to Broadway after. They made sure we were done on time and made beautiful milkshakes for the girls. Wonderful experience!

Good morning! That's what I was expecting to hear as we walked in. Instead, we were shown to our table by some grumpy young hostess! Mohammed (our server), was delightful. Never overbearing. Good morning Mohammed:) I ordered the, "Perfect Plate" salad. Everything was fresh/delicious. 0The prices are what one might expect for Manhattan. Ambiance was enjoyable. Noise level within reason. And they have a bar! Well, cheers to you, "Brooklyn Diner"! And a HUGE GOOD MORNING to that grumpy, young hostess!!

The staff here is so lovely and welcoming. Coffee is constant and HOT! The cinnamon bun pancakes were delicious and fluffy.
