I’ve been a loyal customer since they bought out caribe. Their employees have no customer service skills, hang up in your face and lie! I ordered a chicken chimi and a yaroa with plantains, they made my yaroa with fries instead. Since I opened the yaroa first I went back and got a new one, when my girl opened her chimi, after I got the new yaroa, we realized that the chimi was beef. I called them and they claimed they have no other meats but chicken. I took a bite of it and tried it, and the chimi was clearly beef. Due to religious reasons, my girl cannot eat beef. They have just lost a customer for this unprofessional behavior.

I ordered for a delivery. Food was super cold. The taste was not authentic. I asked for pollo guisado and I got a chicken that looked like it was made in soy sauce. Salmon was plain. Beans was mostly water.. not worth the price I paid. I was on hold forever as
