I was so happy this suggestion for this restaurant was made. We sat at the Bar with Sean the bartender. He made some slammin expresso martinis! The potato croquettes were amazing. For dinner i got the chicken parm really good. Great portion as well. My friend Got the chicken Alfredo and he added shrimp. He cleared the plate so I’m guessing he enjoyed it. Don't let the location fool you. Its a nice place with nice ppl.

We went to Ciao for dinner on Saturday and left really disappointed. First, we thought it was affiliated with another nearby restaurant of the same name — it’s not, which was confusing and misleading.
We had a really disappointing experience. Service was incredibly slow — it took ages just to get our first drink, and the other two cocktails didn’t arrive until about five minutes later. The food was bland and completely unseasoned, also the bread — which we were told was “coming fresh from the oven” — arrived cold.
To top it off, the QR code on the bill to leave feedback didn’t even work. For the price we paid, we expected much better.

The pizza was delicious. I definitely could have eaten the entire pizza by myself. It was a very light pizza. Sausage, mozzarella, and peppers.

The bartenders are masters of their craft! They tend to create new drink menus every so often. But, recently, they had one called Devil Wears Flannel. It was outstanding (beware, it has quite a pleasantly spicy kick to it)! Their pizzas are great as are many of their appetizers. Got a pasta there a while ago and have since decided to just stick to the pizza. It can be quite busy right before performances at a local theater, so it might be good to book in advance or call ahead.
I went here with six friends to check it out. We all loved it. Service, food and drinks were all great. Love that they have small plates so you can try a little bit of everything. Drinks are on point! Our waitress was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. I'll be back for sure. PS - try the garlic green beans. #lifechanging. Thanks Ciao!

Food was fantastic and loved the option of mocktails on the drink menu. I went with my father who is disabled and the hostess was very accomadating without us having to say anything, making sure that we got a low table for him. Excellent service will definitely return!

Maybe it was a bad night, but this place just wasn’t good at all. Extremely small size for the price they’re charging and the food was cold right after receiving it - no joke, not even warm. It’s one thing to serve smaller, high quality pizzas but this wasn’t high quality and is basically a personal pizza. Cheese has no flavor and the dough was chewy in a bad, “this sat out too long” way. Will not be returning.
