They gave me the wrong order on everything I asked for, the cookies were a different flavor, the sandwich was on the wrong bread plus the substitution asked for was ignored, and the ice tea was practically water that was given to me overflowing from cup with no napkins. The sandwich took over 10 minutes to be brought out and then it was made wrong. When I tried to get any of my order corrected the employees were having a great time in the kitchen giving no attention to the front store. I had to call several times to be heard over their great time in the back for assistance. Not going to be a repeat customer I can be ignored elsewhere for free.

D'Amici's bakery is incredible!! We worked with Deanna at the Downtown Lynn location on our wedding cake. She was kind, professional, and unbelievably helpful in planning the dream cake for our special day! Our two-tier mocha buttercream & ganache cake was not only delicious, but expertly decorated. I highly recommend this bakery to other brides, or anyone looking for a masterful confectionary work!

This place USED to be the BEST. Then they expanded and started baking off site. Since then everything that I usually get has gone right down the tubes. Their eclairs were second to none. Now they are soaked on the bottom so thoroughly that it falls apart when you try and lift it. The amaretto cookies with the cherry in the middle USED to be chewy and spectacular. Now they are dry as a bone. It goes on and on

Just have to say placing the order was a bit difficult with the cashier but Deanna emailed me to make sure to see what I wanted and made some changes to what the cashier had put and did a amazing job doing what I wanted with a custom cake on such short notice great customer service and communication to make sure expectations are met

Today i went in to buy a cheese cake at 8:05am to for a celebrations the doors were not open..one of the workers. Saw me there waiting and continued to ignore me and finally opened the door at 8:15 unlocked the door and didnt even open the door. The place should open at 8am. I said good morning she roled her eye and walked way. This is not how you treat customers very rude and unprofessional. Sadly wont go there again. Wish i got her name. So i could report this

Very good pastries, bread, cakes and coffee. Friendly staff, quick to take your order. Breakfast sandwiches come out a bit slow sometimes... but are absolutely worth the wait.

Omg! So delicious! We stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. Their breads are all handmade and fresh. I had the Viva la France—- soooo good! I also tasted the chocolate fudge torte and strawberry cheesecake. Holy smokes::: so amazing and decadent. The staff and service is on point and quick. Great little spot to eat! If I lived nearby; this would be a regular eatery for me.
Great sandwiches, good breakfast items, I'd recommend this place to a friend if they are looking for a place to eat. Wait is slightly long but the food is worth it.

Love this place. The ricotta pie is out of this world. Coffee is always good. The pastries are excellent ( haven't had anything unpleasant out of the case yet). The only thing slightly disappointing, is they no longer make the Sicilian pizza...it was one of my favorites around.
