I clearly remembered I specified they the deliver the pizza on the door and the driver in charge called me just so I come out and by doing so they try to get extra tip from my behalf. I already tipped through the app. There’s no need for them to pull that move on customers.

The person who attend me was mad and didn’t let me finish talk, it take 30 minutes for my food and when I ask her for my food she said I have to wait. Really bad service!

The girl who works there is terrible; she takes forever and doesn't take orders properly. They should fire her and hire someone who actually knows how to serve customers. I really wish someone who works there would be quick and that they'd put their phones aside, but I don't think anyone there can organize things properly.

This place was getting better but now it’s back to careless mistakes. I decided to give it a try again only to be disappointed AGAIN. I pay extra for extra topping on a pizza and get NO TOPPING AT ALL just cheese. How irritating. Just revamp and try again.

I ordered delivery over the weekend around 10:30PM for an order to leave it at my door. While waiting for the order I recieved a call from the delivery driver who was extremely rude over the phone. When I went outside he expected me to walk to his car (I live in a normal residential neighborhood so there should have been no issue), and demanded I paid despite me paying online and already tipping. He kept harassing me and trying to follow me into my house until I called my boyfriend out where he finally backed away. He thought he could intimidate a woman but backed off once a man was involved. I urge all single ladies not to order from here, especially late at night. I was shaking and very nervous by the end of the interaction. Not worth it

The worst pizza delivery guys I've ever seen in my life, you have to go down the street after them.
It's the lazy driver's strategy, he doesn't look for you, you have to find him on the street and get the pizza.
I think in another two years we'll have to take the driver out of the car and carry him on our laps like a baby.

Lousy customer service.. it almost took them 10 minutes just to acknowledge that I was at the register waiting. Even after they saw me several times.
