Literally if I could give ZERO stars I would. The way I think the manager mary was her name , or Maryanne. The way she spoke to her employees on the floor is embarrassing not only for the establishment but the way she almost made this worker cry. Nobody shouldn’t be treated that way especially for a $15 an hour job to be treated like garbage. Also, the swearing I heard on the floor infront of my child was insane.

It is a good place for refreshing drinks, the hours are a little confusing, but understandable since the lobby closes at 7pm but the drive-thru remains open until 9

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I’m a regular customer and lately, they’re always messing up my orders because the staff is always too busy with their own conversations and never pay attention to what they’re doing. My coffee is never made right and if it is…it’s a miracle.

I stop every morning to get my coffee, I was save my points, I decide to use today, but unfortunately, the manager said was only for hot tea and I get coffee, for a regular customer what is a big deal just let it go. It’s the same price, a tea and the coffee. Do you know how many times I buy things to get 400 points to get a free coffee ..is not that I want a free coffee every day, so next time be nice to a customer.
