Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”.
