I ordered an iced latte with light ice, but they filled the cup with ice and added only a little milk, leaving it half-empty. When I asked if they could add more milk, they said, ‘No, because you asked for light ice.’ But there was already too much ice! It was truly a terrible experience. 4.5 dollars for half of ice little tiny latte

0 Stars. Terrible atmosphere and service.

I was just berated and insulted by the cashier at this establishment in front of multiple people. Called me names, for some reason stated I was “homeless”, made me wait 15-20 minutes for my regular hot coffee to be poured into a cup. Only because THEY made a mistake and then blamed it on “someone must’ve taken yours”. However, I was the only customer at the time of the order and multiple people received their coffee before me that walked in after. At that point all I did was ask “where’s my coffee?” and was then told that she “didn’t like how I asked” and stated I was “ignorant”. Blatantly misusing the term, which is besides the point. It was an overall terrible experience. Clearly the woman (blonde, messy hair, overweight, looks homeless herself) has some personal issues of her own. I actually pity her tbh but I would not recommend going here to anyone.

P.S. the other employees wouldn’t comment on the situation because they’re knew she was in the wrong and I will say that’s the only part I respect of the overall type of character that is employed here.

The only thing that was disturbing was that me and another customer bumped into each other but my holitday cookie latte fell and all the employees just watched me cleaned didn't ask if I needed help or a replacement cuz the whole thing was gone but I've been going for decades and that won't stop me

Ive been here a couple times, and almost every time i haven’t had a good experience. I ordered a snackin bacon and i didn’t get a receipt. No problem right? Somehow my order got messed up into a croissant sandwich that i was charged with although i did not order that. Im guessing the cashier realized her mistake since she started handing receipts to the other clients. When i confronted the employee all she said was “You payed for the croissant we can’t do anything,” No apology or anything. I wasn’t going to argue with someone who wouldn’t atleast try to meet in the middle with a customer. I will gladly not be returning to this dunkin’ donuts.

They are so efficient at this location! I always do mobile order and by the time I get there (5 mins later) it’s ready and waiting. This is my go to on the way to work!
