Don't go to this dunks! My boyfriend went here and ordered me a matcha latte. I got half way to drinking it and found what looks like rat fur attached to an ice cube. I called them to complain and they told me to come in and they'll make me a new drink. This is disgusting!! ?

So unsanitary! There’s no running water in the bathroom NO SOAP EITHER. And and hand sanitizer dispensers are empty as well. I refuse to spend money here again how do they wash their hands before handing people food ?

Every time I go in there the same lady at the register small Spanish woman. She pretends to click my points awards and it never goes through. I ask her about it and she said it went through on her end but it's the same point amount when I close my app and reopen it. I go here 4x a week and a medium ice coffee with cold foam had up to $4.10 I don't like the lack of effort and lying. Other than that the other store employees are great.

This place makes the worst coffee and they are never consistent. Especially on the weekends don’t even bother ordering. And they never change their gloves before making your food after touching everything.

I come to this location about 3 or 4 days a week in the early early morning to grab coffee and small bites. I order ahead almost 100% of the time and they always have my stuff in a timely manner, even when it's busy. My only complaint with this location is there are people who are not customers frequently taking up the standing space used for eating for paying customers. In addition to that issues there are always panhandlers asking for money directly outside of the storefront. Otherwise, pretty good Dunkin location.

They need to do something with there refrigerator because twice this week I had gotten 2 drinks out of it and they were so warm and I was not very happy with that and plus I spent almost $6.00 for them

It’s Dunks Just like Most, this one sits in the middle, it’s not the worst, but not the best either. I’ve noticed the Manager Kevin is not very helpful to his staff, multiple times I’ve been in there and they have needed his help but it fell on deaf ears & he’s gotten annoyed. Like all dunks this staff knows very little about the Dunkin app or how to get, do, or fix any issues your having with coupons or whatever your trying to use within the app to apply to your order. It’s very frustrating, I don’t know why EVERY EMPLOYEE is not trained on something that has to do with a big part of there company.

Came here after placing a mobile order twice by accident. By the time we walked in, I was glad I did. The line was to the door as it was apparant students had gotten out of school early and were starting their caffeine addictions early (coffee wasn't for me). Didn't have to interact with staff this visit but they have often been friendly enough in the past. Not the cleanest place though as there were napkins and plastic straws laying around. Would come again if near by as my mom enjoyed her coffee.
