I come here on the way to work 3-4 times a week, and every single time they give me the wrong food/drink or give me some watered down version of what I ordered.

I ordered a small coffee, extra cream, regular sugar I got a coffee with no sugar also ordered one of those ham and cheese stuffers ice cold in the middle would’ve gone back but it’s right near the highway and I’m already on the highway. Will never go there again. Service was miserable no smiles. I don’t know how this place got all these good reviews.

All depends on which DD's you go to. I'm usually happy with the service. I went to one I believe it was a traffic circle in Lynnfield. My order was wrong. I didn't realize it til I drove off. I couldn't go back. But lesson learned.

Not all dunks are the same! The coffee is consistent and my order is always correct! The staff is so friendly here! I get coffee every morning, even if sometimes it is out of my way. Of all the dunks I could go to, I always make a point to go here,

Worst Dunks in the area.The employees don't understand enough English to get the order right.Last 4 times I have been they have completely messed it up, and then have an attitude when you ask them to correct it. Just go to the one down the road in peabody, it's much better.
