Consistency is something I strive to have, something this Dunkin has. They consistently make my drinks taste like battery acid. I sometimes wonder why and how it is that their coffee is the most disgusting thing and yet how they ALWAYS have it.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My mom was ordering through the drive-thru speaker and asked for a medium hot latte. The employee, Abdul, misheard and put it in as an iced latte on the screen, so we politely corrected him and said it was supposed to be hot. His response was, “Well you should’ve said that,” with a noticeable attitude. When I asked him to repeat what he said, he repeated the same comment again, still with an attitude.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told to pull up to the first window. When we did, Abdul, the same employee from the speaker, came to the window and said, “I’m the one you were speaking with, what’s up,” in a confrontational manner. His behavior escalated to the point where another staff member had to step in and pull him away from the window, which was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.

I again asked to speak to a manager and explained that his attitude and behavior were rude and inappropriate. The manager eventually came over, seemed fairly indifferent, but said he would handle it and gave us our coffees for free.

For context, I’m an active duty service member visiting my mother for the holidays, and we did absolutely nothing to provoke this interaction. A simple correction to an order should not result in attitude, confrontation, or escalation. Customer service here was very unprofessional, and this experience left a bad impression.

There is a very big difference between a signature pumpkin spice latte and a regular pumpkin spice latte.
I specifically ordered a regular pumpkin spice latte… simple? easy? Nope!
I was given a signature pumpkin spice latte. Which has whip cream and cinnamon added which is not in the regular latte. The cashier acted annoyed when I asked for it to be redone. I got a “new” one back… but it was obvious that they just scooped up the whip cream and put a different lid on. There was still whip cream in my latte.
It was very lazy energy.
The signature latte and the regular latte are also priced differently. I wanted some of my money back for being charged for something I did not ask for. The cashier and his buddy did not handle this kindly. They then aggressively handed me my money saying “it’s just a 30 cent difference”
EXCUSE ME IN THIS ECONOMY??? Every cent matters! We now know not be wasting my money again at this Dunkin.

I ordered one thing and got something different in the bag. When I was checking out, I wanted to add another item but couldn't remember the name. I just pointed it out, but the attendant was clearly annoyed and didn't help at all. Terrible service! I won't be back.

I come here on the way to work 3-4 times a week, and every single time they give me the wrong food/drink or give me some watered down version of what I ordered.

I ordered a small coffee, extra cream, regular sugar I got a coffee with no sugar also ordered one of those ham and cheese stuffers ice cold in the middle would’ve gone back but it’s right near the highway and I’m already on the highway. Will never go there again. Service was miserable no smiles. I don’t know how this place got all these good reviews.

All depends on which DD's you go to. I'm usually happy with the service. I went to one I believe it was a traffic circle in Lynnfield. My order was wrong. I didn't realize it til I drove off. I couldn't go back. But lesson learned.

Not all dunks are the same! The coffee is consistent and my order is always correct! The staff is so friendly here! I get coffee every morning, even if sometimes it is out of my way. Of all the dunks I could go to, I always make a point to go here,
