Not all dunks are the same! The coffee is consistent and my order is always correct! The staff is so friendly here! I get coffee every morning, even if sometimes it is out of my way. Of all the dunks I could go to, I always make a point to go here,

Worst Dunks in the area.The employees don't understand enough English to get the order right.Last 4 times I have been they have completely messed it up, and then have an attitude when you ask them to correct it. Just go to the one down the road in peabody, it's much better.

Gets orders wrong whether you put in an order by mouth or the app. I asked for the avocado toast with tomatoes (only tomatoes) and they added meat to it both times. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly for an order that is so easy & vegan. This is the only Dunkin that has messed this up.
The inside was closed we had to walk there only the drive thru was open so we had to door dash the coffees weren't labeled and the same size was supposed to be small decaf and medium dark roast how do you tell the difference?? ,?

I get that fast food places mess up , everyone’s human. But this place I don’t think has ever gotten my coffee right. Every time I ask for cold brew it’s regular and bitter, and cold brew is more expensive so it bothers me. The one time I went back and asked for the right one, they say “it is cold brew” I worked at dunks myself for years and can taste the difference 100%. Just make a new one for a customer when they say it’s wrong
