Place was a tiny bit dirty but also was super busy so I won't harp on that cause it is understandable. I mean they had a lady cleaning around customers as fast as possible. And the people taking and handing out orders were fast and precise. Just where it is probably a bad idea if you want to use the drive thru seems to be always full of a massive line of cars. Still would go again though.

I have too say This Dunks on the Lynnway was disgustingly dirty...and I came in after 2pm ..the milk machine was dripping milk on the counter ..the counters were filthy I don't think they cleaned after the morning rush..the board of health needs too visit along with the Owner..I won't go in again ..

I came to this place, bought my coffee at the drive-thru, I had a cup from last time and the two trash cans outside were full, so I asked the lady at the window to please throw it inside for me, she refused because they had a trash can outside, the trash cans outside.
I love this place, I loved the coffee and the super delicious donuts, the customer service was very good and the place was super clean, I will be back

The women on the register literally over charged me and she was going on a rush messing up all my orders. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel she over charged me with 2 turkey sausages on a croissant not what I asked for.
