I can't remember young lady with hair but she made a phenomenal ice coffee I said 2 times she needs a raise. All the folks that worked there was wonderful. I had a few munchkins and was happy ? with this location extremely clean and great music.Dietary restrictions: I'm happy this coffee ☕ place finally offers almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and I ask for extra if not might as well order plain black coffee.

Ordered through Uber eats, a croissant egg and cheese but the egg was missing, a bagel with cream cheese as well. The bagel, not toasted despite me selecting toasted in the options, and the cream cheese tasted like you left it out in the heat and put it back in the fridge. As a former food service worker that last bit is APPALLING! Someone could have become sick from that rancid cream cheese, I suggest you throw out all the cream cheese from that stock and order new ones. Disgusting, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

It was very busy, but I was in and out. Staff was very pleasant.
Super disappointed in this Dunkin today! We ordered 2 drinks and they misheard us and made one of them wrong, when we asked them to re-make the correct drink we got repeatedly told we need to learn to listen better when they repeat the order back to us and this is our fault and they shouldn’t have to remake it. They then made us the chunkiest Matcha Latte of all time. We took it back inside and the older lady at the front was very kind in comparison to those at the drive through and remade it for us correctly. We still got dirty looks from the ones in the back that made the original one, super rude and unnecessary!

I go to this Dunks almost every single day. I work at Eblens, so I'm only 2 blocks away. The staff are very nice. All I know by name is Carmen the manager and KAYLA, my coffee girl. She knows exactly how I like it.. she's a cutie too. ????♂️Lol. Anyways, all the other girls are great as well.Vegetarian options: They sell vegetarian items..Kid-friendliness: They got a bunch of options for kids. And if your kid wants and like coffee, remember you can always give them DECAF.. That way they won't be whacked out of their mindslParking: You can park along the street out front of dunks. Or there is a parking lot across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: It's got a wheelchair rampDietary restrictions: They have em.. lol what more can I say

Me and my husband walked in to order a coffee and he needed to use the restroom so I waited in line to order our coffees and the lady in-front of me needed to use the bathroom so the cashier was so rude and looked at the lady and said u can go ahead cause no one else asked me to go to the bathroom room and my husband said to the lady go ahead miss it’s ok… but the cashier felt the need to keep talking trash and in front of everyone said oh well he shouldn’t of asked to use the bathroom … like why make a huge sink over the bathroom and talk to your co worker out loud about the whole situation so unprofessional
