Good service but the awful way the lady at the front desk speaks to her coworkers makes the atmosphere heavy. Definitely being more respectful and watching her language will make the customers feel more comfortable. Definitely not kids friendly with the language you hear.

One day I arrived at 10:05 PM since they closed at 11 PM, don't know what they where doing because they made me wait 40 mins and didn't even got an answer trough the speaker, the lights were on so it was still open. Another day I arrived at 7 PM and I wanted a sandwich, they told me "no" because they already clean the machine 4 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME, I would understand if it was not working or they ran out of ingredients but that wasn't the case.

I finally used the dunks app today. Received free espresso shot for this small order . You can name the order if you think you will re order same thing again . So I recommend taking the time to get the app to save time and get free items. Alot of nut free dairy free egg free foods here . My son loves the bacon topped avocado toast it's completely safe for a kid with peanut tree nut egg or dairy allergy . They do have a few tables too.Dietary restrictions: My son has anaphylaxis life threat food allergies. Carries epi pen junior. He can tolerate sausage on croissant no egg or cheese. Avocado toast with bacon, old fashioned munchkin, strawberry coolata wheat bagel with jelly . Glazed donut didn't work out but old fashioned he definetly can eat. If you ask they can change gloves so you don't get egg on the food

I would like to know why every time I order a bagel with butter , you won’t put the butter on the bagel while the bagel is still hot like other Dunkin’ Donuts do . Its so ridiculous by the time I add the butter my self it’s hard and crunchy . I will find a different location. They seem lazy

I walked in here on Thursday Aug 17/23 @ 2:35 pm there were 4 people at the sandwich station one with a headset that was talking and talking and a woman named Srijana came out with 4 refreshers for the customers in front of me finishes two drinks for drive thru then proceeds to take my order and makes my two lattes she was very friendly but doing all the work alone it’s not right to have 6 employees on the shift with one woman doing all the work they are not team players and taking advantage of this woman anyways 5 stars for Srijana!!

I have been going to this Dunks for a while and under new management it has gone downhill. They will give wrong swirls (butterpecan specifically) to get rid of it, add extra charges for additional pumps you didn't ask for, and unfortunately the manager has not been very kind and will belittle you even over the drivethru intercom over coffee.So make sure to check your receipt because a regular with a swirl is usually 3 sugar, 3 cream, 3 swirl and they'll charge you.I usually give a 4 striker before editing my reviews, so...there we go.

Why does Dunkin' Donuts from Boston St Lynn close at 11 and 8:30 pm no longer prepare food? I think it's bad because it's still early and they stop making food so early, what's going on???

Said they closed early due to short staff but didn’t have any signs of except one on the pick up window. Nothing on the front doors or even the speaker. Yet I see three girls just standing near the window. Doing absolutely nothing. I get that to deal with all those people could bead more than three but at least put a couple more “signs”. Honestly.

I got to the drive thru a little bit before 9pm, I waited 4 minutes to be asked what I’d like to order. I tried to order something small to eat and the girl told me the kitchen was closed, even though google says they close at 11pm, so I just order my drink, as I pull up behind the customer in front me I hear them laughing out loud about me attempting to order food at that time. When it was my turn to pay she turned her back on me and spoke with another employee who was also laughing before taking my payment 2 minutes later. She had draids and the other young girl looked Guatemalan.
