Went there with my mom who is a senior citizen the girl making the sandwiches today had red hair was so rude to her, she was throwing the bag of food to people yelling the order fast hardly could hear her then when mom didn't get her bag was met with such an attitude the lady was calling the wrong order she was yelling pepper bacon when she ordered maple sugar maybe if she yelled the right order it wouldn't upset her when people don't hear their order should be reprimanded awful personality talking about customers so everyone could hear

Been going here consistently as of late due to my job being close to this location now and every single day my coffee never comes how I ask it , food is always either over cooked or under cooked , they have about 20 employees working in there you would think they get it done right , the other Dunkin’s on Lewis street coffeee was always amazing and food always fresh and how it’s supposed to be cooked , i never do reviews but I had to enough is enough

I am writing to share my recent experience at your location. 25 boston st lynn ma I placed an order, but what I received was not what I requested. When I tried to address the issue, the manager laughed and did not treat me with respect. Additionally, some staff members were rude and unprofessional, which made the situation worse.

As a customer, I believe respect and proper service are very important.

⚠️ Bought a few items at this location.. when I opened my donut bag, the coffee roll I ordered had fruit flies ⚠️
Donuts and wake-up wraps were definitely not fresh & bagel stale, can’t even pull apart. Disappointing. 🚮

This location is a paradox: convenient, efficient, and somehow still wildly unreliable. The drive-thru deserves credit—it moves with the grace of a well-rehearsed ritual, ushering cars through long lines with surprising speed. If you’re judging solely by logistics, you might think you’ve stumbled upon a fast-food utopia. But once you receive your order, the illusion shatters.

Let’s start with the food. It’s not just hit-or-miss—it’s a full-blown identity crisis. You order a breakfast sandwich and receive a charred mystery patty on a bun that looks like it’s been through a minor apocalypse. You ask for a simple snack wrap and end up with something that resembles a deconstructed burrito, minus half the ingredients. Items go missing. Substitutions appear without warning. It’s as if the kitchen is guided by a mischievous oracle who interprets your order as metaphor, not instruction.

The drinks are even more bewildering. A refresher should be light, fruity, and straightforward. Instead, you’re handed a murky potion with unidentifiable additives—extra syrups, strange milks, or flavor shots that were never requested. Iced coffee? Prepare for a surprise twist. Sometimes it’s bitter enough to summon ancestral memories; other times it tastes like someone dropped a vanilla candle into a puddle. Even when you order the most basic version, it arrives transformed—like the beverage went on a hero’s journey and came back changed.

What’s most frustrating is the consistency of the inconsistency. This isn’t a one-time fluke. It’s a pattern. Each visit feels like a roll of the dice, a test of your patience and your palate. You begin to wonder if the menu is merely symbolic—an aspirational list of what could be, rather than a promise of what will be.

Staff interactions are generally polite, and I don’t fault the frontline workers. They seem to be doing their best within a chaotic system. But the disconnect between what’s ordered and what’s received suggests deeper issues—training gaps, quality control lapses, or perhaps a rogue spirit haunting the espresso machine.

In short: if you’re in a rush and need something—anything—this place will deliver… something. But if you’re hoping for accuracy, edible food, or a drink that matches its name, you may want to seek sustenance elsewhere. This drive-thru is a portal, but not always to the reality you intended.

Start your day with Dunkin’s coffee, and wrap it up with some sizzling, satisfying bites at Papa Jack’s!

I'm not sure how anyone could leave a bad review but I know everyone has their own experience. Food is always fresh, coffee may not always taste the same, but I'll risk it just to see the staff!

I stood there aside away from the line trying to decide what I wanted because it was just one of those days I wasn't that hungry but needed something.i wasn't even looking at the menu two minutes when an employee walks to the back saying to how long does it to decide what you want. extremely rude I can't stand people like that .i didn't know there was a time limit to make decisions.the bagel sucked wasn't fresh and the one making toasting the bagel was rude they all rude they all need to find a new job if this one makes them so damn miserable.
